WOMEN IN SMASH REPAIRS AWARDS 2016

The Women in Smash Repair Awards, sponsored by NRMA Insurance, are looking to celebrate the often overlooked and under appreciate roles that women play in the running of Australia’s smash repair shops.

We encourage both self-nominations, if you’re a woman making a significant impact at your smash repair shop, or the nomination of worthy female work colleagues.

Contributions to business can be in any of the following areas:

  • Business management and administration
  • Financial management
  • Customer service, marketing and reception
  • Any other significant repair shop role

You may be eligible to win if:

  • You are a female
  • You work in Australia in the smash repair business
  • You are not an employee of NRMA
  • You must have worked in the business for a minimum of one year

Terms and Conditions:
The judging panel will assess entries every two months, select a short list, and select the finalist. Finalists must be available for interview and either provide suitable images of themselves for print, or make themselves available for images to be taken for print. Finalists give Paint & Panel permission to publish their supplied information, excluding phone number and email address. The judging panel will select the winner from the 5 finalists. Winners will be announced in the following issues of Paint & Panel Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sept/Oct and Gold in Nov/Dec 2016. Finalists will receive interstate transfers to attend the awards lunch.
