The Women in Smash Repair Awards will recognise the determined and successful women that make the Australian smash repair industry so successful.
Nominate yourself if you’re a leading woman in a smash repair shop
Nominate a work colleague if she’s the leading woman in your smash repair shop
Success and contributions to the business can be in any role, including:
- Business ownership
- Finance management
- Receptionist and customer service
- any other repair shop role
Eligibility criteria:
- You are a female
- You work in Australia in the smash repair business
- You are not an employee of NRMA
- You must have worked in the business for a minimum of one year
A national winner will be selected from 5 finalists, with all finalists brought to Sydney for a celebratory lunch.
Each finalist will feature in an issue of Paint & Panel magazine.

Terms and Conditions:
The judging panel will assess entries every two months, select a short list, and select the finalist. Finalists must be available for interview and either provide suitable images of themselves for print, or make themselves available for images to be taken for print. Finalists give Paint & Panel permission to publish their supplied information, excluding phone number and email address. The judging panel will select the winner from the 5 finalists. A winner will be announced in the following issues of Paint & Panel Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sept/Oct and Gold in Nov/Dec 2014. Finalists will receive transfers to Sydney for the lunch.
